Do You Know Your Success Saboteurs?

Mental Fitness (PQ) = the X-Factor in Performance & Happiness

Based on the research of Shirzad Chamine, and featured in his New York Times bestselling book Positive Intelligence and Stanford lectures, Mental Fitness is a measure of the strength of positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur). This measure of Mental Fitness is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).

If you’re physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress. If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions. You’ll be happier and perform better.

A key to Mental Fitness is to weaken the internal Saboteurs that generate “negativity” as a reaction to challenges. Saboteurs cause stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt, and unhappiness. Saboteurs include the Judge, Controller, Avoider, Victim, Stickler and 5 others.

The “Sage” lives in an entirely different region of the brain and responds to challenges in ways that produce positive emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm, and clear-headed laser-focused action. Imagine performing better and feeling happier.

80% of people score below the minimum level of mental fitness required for peak performance and happiness.
