TESTIMONIALS

It is always such a privilege when Grace Hao is a guest speaker at our Norwex Conferences, events and trainings.  Grace is someone who shares her message with our Consultants, Leaders and Sales Team with such wisdom, passion, humor, and well … grace!  Whether she is teaching in-person or in a virtual environment, she has the group completely engaged and involved in her message.  She also takes the time to get to know the audience she will be presenting to and is invested in how she can make the biggest impact with what she will be sharing.  Every time we have had Grace speak with our team, we get rave reviews and requests for her to share again.  She has become part of our Norwex family!

One of the biggest spurts of growth I have experienced in my career can be attributed to Grace. Grace helped me identify areas that were meaningful and important to me and help elevate my thinking and communication skills in a way I had never imagined possible. Working in non-profit isn’t always easy as we’re always making asks of the community, but through Grace’s coaching, I learned how to effectively illustrate how partnering through a shared goal would not only be beneficial to the communities our non-profits serve, but to their organization as well. Grace helped me set goals that were attainable and she offered clarity in my messaging. Another thing Grace is extremely skilled at is showing gratitude and that is very important to me. Not only does it show in her interactions but it is also reflected in her coaching techniques which I am able to use in my day to day. It has made a big difference as my connections with those I interact with are deeper. I feel like a new and improved version of myself after my time with Grace. I walk away excited to use the tools and techniques because the positive impacts are immediate. I feel honored our paths have crossed because I feel more confident going into meetings and presentations. Not only is my time used more efficiently, so is the person’s I am interacting with. My conversations have been more fruitful and positive because of what I’ve learned from Grace. She is so engaging and knows how to make every second count. I find myself in a constant state of reflection, frequently reverting back to our conversations and thinking about how I can apply the skills I’ve learned from her. I am so appreciative for what I’ve learned and feel the sky is the limit with Grace. Mahalo!

The day-of the event, Grace not only arrived early to greet our attendees, it was like she had known us forever. That special rapport allowed our constituents to achieve trust and candor in a very short period of time, freeing us all to absorb Grace’s engaging skills and expertise. Course content was a valuable blend of theory and practical tools, techniques and role play. The session was fun, high energy and the evaluations were stellar. The only negative feedback we received was not having more time!

As busy professionals with many demands on our time, it is often easy to make excuses of why there is not enough time and resources to sharpen our coaching and leadership skills. Grace is able to cut through those barriers and inspire leaders to be our best versions of ourselves through the art and technique of coaching.

The Chamber of Commerce Hawaii works with Grace as a guest speaker for business related events, conferences, seminars and more.

She is such a gem, that we go out of our way to create events just for her to speak at!  She has the ability to capture a large crowd’s attention and simultaneously, make every single person feel like she is talking directly to them.  She has the unique ability to connect on a personal and professional level, where attendees leave empowered to be better individuals both in their professions and in their personal lives.

The ultimate professional, she arrives early and prepared, has reached out to attendees in advance, greets guests upon arrival and makes small talk until the event officially begins.  The content of her presentations are applicable to all demographics of business and career levels, and she is able to explain complex concepts for all in attendance to understand and apply.  At the last two events that she spoke at, we had a sold-out crowd.  Grace, overall, is one of our favorite speakers and it is truly a pleasure to know her and work with her.

In attending Coaching School for the first time, my passion to become a Coaching Leader was born.  I quickly realized that in the past, I was serving as a Mentor, a Trainer, a Cheerleader and in some cases even a Counselor for my consultants.  This approach was not serving my team nor I.

In learning how to ask more questions and do less “telling,” I notice my team having more clarity and taking more responsibility for their businesses.

Since Coaching is proven to create more rapid results, I also saw the benefits of having a Coach for myself.  I reached out to because I wanted to be coached and learn from the best of the best, and was thrilled when she agreed to take me on as a client!

Coaching with Grace has made me a better wife, a better mom, and a better leader.  Not only am I getting better results, but I find myself having more clarity and being more prepared for what lies ahead.  I also find myself being a much more effective communicator with everyone I live life with!

The day was especially rewarding for me and my team because of Grace’s engaging style and knowledge of our sector’s opportunities and challenges. We left recharged with lots of takeaways to integrate into each day to make sure we are successful and our board members and donors feel valued.

What a great Symposium with lots of useful and applicable takeaways! Grace Keohohou Hao was outstanding – engaging, encouraging, interactive and highly effective – with a good dose of humor. Since the Symposium, I have been using and incorporating Grace’s self-coaching questions and experiencing results. Very worthwhile!

I am big on words. My goal when speaking with donors is to say the least with the most amount of impact. I found our meeting with you to be FULL of useful tools that I can use to accomplish my goal. My two biggest takeaways that I applied immediately in my conversations with donors: 1) contrast vs. clarity. Instead of saying “don’t hesitate to call me” I now say “call me soon.” 2) I now ask donors what “inspired” them to give. Donors have responded very well to this and the number of call backs and people sharing with me has been great!

Thank you so much for your support and guidance. I am so excited to deepen our relationship with you, Grace. You’re awesome!

Grace is a bright, resourceful trainer and educator who cares deeply for people and is very skilled at facilitating learning. These skills are obvious when observing as she teaches in many settings. Grace is one of those special people who can connect with people and facilitate their learning using a variety of learning strategies. She has that rare ability to put theory into practice in an entertaining, practical, and useful  manner. Grace is extremely well prepared and thought out in presenting concepts. She scaffolds instruction, systematically addressing the learning concepts involved.

She has a love of learnin and sharing with others. I believe she is driven to serve and learn from those she teaches, so they grow and develop their ability and skills. I have had the privilege of workin with many trainers and educators in my career, including at the high school and university level. I would rate Grace in the top 1% of educators and trainers I have ever observed.
